At this time, we are unable to offer delivery service for bottled water or water jugs meant for dispensers.

 The quantity of water needed to fill a pool can vary greatly based on factors such as the pool's size, depth, and shape. The best option is to contact the pool's manufacturer or a qualified contractor who can provide accurate information tailored to the specific pool in question. 

At 5 o'clock, we don't close and go home. Instead, if there is an order scheduled, we will continue working until all deliveries have been completed.

You can purchase remote-managed systems from Amazon and other retailers.

The customer may cancel an order or delivery within two (2) hours after placing the order. If an order is canceled outside that window, the customer may accrue a fee.  

Our minimum order amount is 1,000 gallons, but our flexible pricing structure enables us to accommodate deliveries of lesser quantities.

At our company, we don't charge based on gallons. Instead, our pricing is customized to the specific details of each job.

We prioritize deliveries on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that due to the unique nature of each delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival.

If you'd like to expedite your delivery, the option to prioritize your order for an additional fee is available. However, in the spirit of fairness, every delivery ahead of yours will also be given the same opportunity, putting you right back where you started.

Our custom software is designed to keep customers informed about their deliveries through notifications and updates.

Absolutely, we believe that possessing the required documentation is crucial to being recognized as a professional business.

We have 250-gallon construction-use-only tanks available for rent. Please note that these tanks are not suitable for potable water use.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product & service, Knockout Water Delivery is unable to offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
