No. Knockout Water Delivery is not a public utility and does not provide ongoing water service.

We are a bulk water transportation and delivery provider serving customers throughout East Tennessee, with responsibility limited to delivery only.

“Clean water” refers solely to the source and method of transport of the water at the time it leaves Knockout Water Delivery’s equipment. It does not describe or guarantee the condition of the water after discharge or its suitability for any particular use.

Potable means water that is suitable for human consumption. Knockout does not guarantee that the water we deliver is potable at the point of discharge, and customers are responsible for determining suitability for drinking or other uses.

Knockout Water Delivery’s responsibility begins with the transportation of water and ends at the point of discharge. All storage, treatment, testing, distribution, and use of the water after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Knockout Water Delivery sources clean water from approved public water systems, depending on delivery location, availability, and operational requirements.

Knockout Water Delivery does not guarantee water quality, safety, or suitability after delivery. Responsibility for storage conditions, treatment, filtration, system integrity, and end use rests solely with the customer once water is discharged.

No. Knockout does not install, modify, connect, service tanks, plumbing systems, equipment or offer advise.

Delivery is completed at the customer-designated discharge point. Any equipment, connections, or system performance beyond that point are outside Knockout’s scope of services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible, safe, and ready to receive water at the scheduled time.

Knockout Water Delivery does not inspect, prepare, or modify customer property, equipment, or systems. Delays or inability to complete delivery due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or site readiness remain the customer’s responsibility.

Knockout Water Delivery reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if delivery conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or inconsistent with reasonable delivery practices.

This discretion does not create an obligation to inspect customer property or assume responsibility for site conditions, system performance, or outcomes.

Deliveries are generally scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Because each delivery is unique and subject to variables such as routing, traffic, weather, site conditions, and operational needs, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Estimated delivery windows, if provided, are for planning purposes only and may change. We make reasonable efforts to complete scheduled deliveries as efficiently and safely as possible.

Knockout Water Delivery does not stop deliveries at a fixed closing time. If an order is scheduled, our team will continue working until all scheduled deliveries are completed.

Delivery times may vary based on route conditions, weather, traffic, site accessibility, and other operational factors. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, but we make every reasonable effort to complete scheduled deliveries as efficiently and safely as possible.

If you'd like to expedite your delivery, the option to prioritize your order for an additional fee is available. However, in the spirit of fairness, every delivery ahead of yours will also be given the same opportunity, putting you right back where you started.

Knockout Water Delivery uses internal systems to provide customers with notifications and updates related to scheduled deliveries when available.

Because delivery timing and conditions can vary, notifications are informational only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of arrival time or completion.

No. Knockout Water Delivery does not provide bottled water, water jugs, or dispenser-style water delivery. Our services are limited to bulk clean water delivery for customer-designated storage systems and approved uses.

Our standard minimum delivery is 1,000 gallons. However, our flexible pricing structure may allow us to accommodate deliveries of smaller quantities upon request.

Availability, pricing, and scheduling for deliveries below the standard minimum may vary and are subject to operational considerations.

Knockout Water Delivery does not price services on a per-gallon basis. Instead, pricing is customized based on the specific details of each delivery, such as location, access, scheduling, and operational requirements.

Because each job is different, costs may vary. Quotes are provided on a per-order basis and reflect the scope and conditions of the requested delivery.

On average, a family of four typically uses around 100 gallons per person per day.

Water usage varies widely depending on household size, appliances, habits, and specific uses. As a general reference, a typical household may use several hundred gallons of water per day, with higher usage during activities such as laundry, bathing, outdoor use, or filling tanks, pools, or other systems.

Actual water needs can differ significantly based on customer circumstances.

The amount of water needed to fill a pool can vary significantly based on the pool’s size, depth, shape, and design.

For the most accurate information, customers should contact the pool’s manufacturer, installer, or a qualified pool contractor who can calculate capacity based on the specific pool in question. Knockout Water Delivery does not measure, calculate, or verify pool volume and does not determine how much water is required for any particular use.

Customers are responsible for confirming order details, site readiness, and access prior to delivery. Additional terms regarding cancellations or rescheduling, if applicable, are outlined in our service agreements.

Cancellation is allowed within 30 minutes of order placement without penalty. After that, fees may apply, and after-hours/holiday orders are non-refundable.

If water from another provider is added before or after Knockout’s delivery, Knockout assumes no responsibility for water quality, system performance, or outcomes.

Use of third-party water fully releases Knockout from any claims related to combined or downstream water conditions.

Customers may request bulk water delivery for a wide range of purposes, including residential storage tanks, construction projects, pools, hot tubs, and other customer-directed uses.

Certain uses—such as pools, hot tubs, wells, holding tanks, or specialized systems—may involve additional risks that are entirely customer-assumed. Knockout delivers water only as directed and does not evaluate suitability for any specific application.
